1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the pk11 platform, including but not limited to the pk11 website, mobile application, and any associated services provided by pk11 (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

pk11 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Such changes become effective immediately upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. Continued use of pk11 following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. pk11 will endeavour to notify registered players of material changes via in-app notification or email where practical.

These Terms should be read alongside pk11's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pk11.

2. Eligibility

To register for and use a pk11 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identification.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or subject to any court order, regulatory direction, or other legal restriction that would prohibit you from participating in online gambling activities.
• You must be accessing pk11 from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing pk11 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of pk11, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

pk11 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pk11 may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active pk11 account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Upon detecting duplicate accounts, pk11 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending bets, bonuses, or withdrawals. Winnings derived from activity conducted across duplicate accounts may be forfeited in full.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your pk11 username and password.
• Ensuring that all information provided to pk11 is accurate, truthful, and kept up to date.
• All activity that occurs under your pk11 account, whether or not you authorised such activity.
• Logging out of your account on shared or public devices after each session.

pk11 implements two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP (One-Time Password) as an additional security layer. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA on their accounts. pk11 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain adequate security practices.

Account registration and all associated communications shall be conducted in English. Players in Pakistan may also contact support in Urdu through the in-app live chat function.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

pk11 currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players:

• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC20), Bitcoin (BTC)
• Mobile Wallets: JazzCash, EasyPaisa
• Bank Transfer: HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank (subject to availability)

Deposits: All deposits are credited to your pk11 balance following successful network confirmation (for crypto) or payment gateway verification (for mobile wallets and bank transfers). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. pk11 does not charge deposit fees, however, network or gateway fees imposed by third-party providers are the responsibility of the player.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within thirty (30) minutes of submission during normal operating conditions, subject to completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. pk11 reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high demand or for enhanced security checks. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed within the player's account dashboard.

Cryptocurrency Exchange Rates: Where a player deposits or withdraws in cryptocurrency, the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will be used to calculate the PKR equivalent for display purposes. pk11 bears no responsibility for fluctuations in cryptocurrency values between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML): pk11 is obligated under its international gaming license to implement AML controls. pk11 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, request additional documentation, and report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities where required by law. Funds deposited via one method may only be withdrawn via the same method in certain circumstances, at pk11's discretion, in accordance with AML best practices.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk11 offers various promotions including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general rules apply to all pk11 Promotions:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "playthrough" requirement) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion page.
2. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Full contribution details are provided on each promotion page.
3. Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Unused or expired bonus funds will be forfeited without compensation.
4. One Promotion Per Player: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held at a time. Players may not combine multiple bonuses unless a promotion specifically permits stacking.
5. Abuse Prevention: pk11 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player or group of players is exploiting Promotions through irregular, systematic, or fraudulent betting patterns. This includes, without limitation, low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements ("bonus abuse").

pk11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a Promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, the terms applicable at the time of claiming shall continue to govern that specific bonus.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on pk11 — whether on casino games, sports events, or any other product offered by the Platform — are subject to the following general rules:

• Bet Placement: A bet is considered placed only upon pk11's electronic confirmation of acceptance. pk11 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Insufficient Funds: pk11 will not accept bets that exceed the available balance in a player's account. Players are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available before placing bets.
• Errors & Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of any game or bet, pk11 reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the stake to the player's account. pk11 shall not be liable for any losses arising from system errors or technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• Palpable Errors: pk11 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds or payouts that were published in error (a "palpable error"). pk11 will endeavour to identify and correct such errors promptly. Stakes will be returned in full where a palpable error is confirmed.
• Sports Betting Rules: Individual sport-specific rules apply to all sports betting markets on pk11. These rules govern settlement, void scenarios, abandoned events, and related situations. Players are advised to familiarise themselves with the sport-specific rules relevant to their bets prior to placing them. PSL, ICC, and other cricket events are governed by pk11's Cricket Betting Rules, available within the sportsbook section of the platform.
• Live Betting: Odds on live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid change. pk11 cannot guarantee that odds displayed at the moment a bet is initiated will remain available at the moment the bet is confirmed. If odds change during submission, pk11 may offer the updated odds or void the bet.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk11 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to the relevant legal or regulatory authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one pk11 account simultaneously.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using pk11 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or gain an unfair advantage on any pk11 product.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sports event.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in pk11's platform. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to pk11 support immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Attempting to access pk11 after having been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned.
• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes against pk11 without first raising the matter through pk11's internal dispute resolution process.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk11 staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the use of pk11's services.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to circumvent pk11's geo-restrictions or access controls.

pk11 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and monitors all player activity on an ongoing basis. Where prohibited conduct is detected, pk11 may act without prior notice. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct have no right to recover forfeited funds.

8. Responsible Gaming

pk11 is fully committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to minimising the potential harm associated with gambling. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered pk11 players and can be accessed directly from the account settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your pk11 account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that alert you when you have been playing for a set duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause your pk11 account for a period ranging from 24 hours to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from pk11. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Players who self-exclude from pk11 must not attempt to open new accounts, either directly or via any affiliate or related platform. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be closed immediately and any funds deposited during the excluded period will be returned, subject to verification.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property available on the pk11 platform (collectively, "pk11 IP") are the exclusive property of pk11 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. pk11 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

You must not, without the prior written consent of pk11:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any pk11 IP in any form or by any means.
• Use any pk11 trademarks, logos, or brand elements for any commercial purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the pk11 platform.
• Create derivative works based on any pk11 IP without explicit written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk11 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the pk11 platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Damages resulting from interruptions, delays, errors, or omissions in the platform's operation, including those caused by third-party providers, network failures, or force majeure events.
• Any financial losses sustained as a result of gambling activity on pk11, including losses arising from games with negative expected value.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk11's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

pk11 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

pk11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pk11 reasonably determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity.
• The player has failed to complete required KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
• The player has requested account closure voluntarily.

Upon termination of an account for cause, pk11 may withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation. If no breach is subsequently confirmed, any legitimately won funds will be returned to the player within a reasonable timeframe via the original deposit method.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their pk11 account may do so at any time by contacting the support team via in-app live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 48 hours, subject to there being no outstanding verification requirements or pending transactions.

12. Amendments to These Terms

pk11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via in-app notification or email at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not affect player rights) may be made without advance notice.

The current version of the Terms will always be available on the pk11 website. The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document indicate the most recently published version. Continued use of pk11 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pk11's international gaming license. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including their validity, breach, termination, or enforceability — shall be resolved as follows:

1. Internal Resolution (First Step): The player must first submit the dispute to pk11's customer support team, providing full details and any supporting evidence. pk11 will respond within ten (10) business days with a written decision.
2. Escalation: If the player is not satisfied with pk11's internal resolution, the dispute may be escalated to the licensing authority under which pk11 operates, in accordance with that authority's dispute resolution procedures.
3. Jurisdiction: Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified under pk11's licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be settled through the above processes.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent imminent harm.
